    Serves: 4 

    • 1lb/450g Haddock or Ling or Catfish
    • 1/2 Pt /300ml White Sauce (can use packet sauce)
    • Boiled potatoes - mashed with plenty of butter and salt
    • Cream
    • Pepper
    • Butter

    1. Poach fish in a moderate oven until just cooked (10 - 15 mins)
    2. Remove all the skin and bones and flake the fish
    3. Mix with the sauce. Put in the pie dish
    4. Cover with mashed potato, rough up surface with fork
    5. Dot with butter. Brown under the grill
