About this recipe: Serve this fruit smoothie in tall glasses with straws.

Ingredients
Serves: 5 

  • 225ml (8 fl oz) orange juice
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 3 pineapple slices
  • 100ml (4 fl oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 10 to 14 ice cubes

Method
Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. In an electric blender, mix together orange juice, kiwi, bananas, pineapple and pineapple juice until well blended.
  2. Place the ice in the blender, then process until the ice is blended in with the fruit juices.

I tried this receipe and it's (next to my own healthy smoothie) the best so far. My 11 yr old is still out for trial on it. - 24 Jul 2008

Used different ingredients. Very good!! If you're a bannana fanatic, this is the drink for you! I also add freshly sliced strawberries and the use of "sweetened pineapple juice" didn't hurt it at all. Will be serving again and again! - 24 Jul 2008
