About this recipe: A classic sauce, one of the trimmings Christmas dinner would be unthinkable without! I learned this recipe 20 years ago and it never fails. My whole family love it and know it must be Christmas if I make it!
Bread sauce will keep in the fridge for about three days, I use the leftovers in turkey sandwiches - delicious!
The cooking time is up as 1hr 50mins - obviously thats not right. It'll actually take you about 15 - 20mins. - 01 Dec 2009
