    Serves: 12 

    • 1kg quince, peeled and thinly sliced
    • 600g granulated sugar
    • 500ml water

    1. Combine the quince, sugar and water and bring to the boil in a large pot (the quince should be just covered with water). Continue at a rolling boil until the quince is transparent. Allow to cool before serving. Store in the fridge or freezer.
