Drain and flake the tuna. Simply add everything to a bowl and stir together well.
Put into a suitable tub (I use a Tupperware® container) and put in fridge for 1/2 an hour.
Serve with toast or on crackers. Keeps very well in the fridge.
I buy the supermarkets own cheap soft cheese, you can use ones like Philadelphia® but the cheap stuff works just as well! I also have used lime juice when I didn't have any lemon juice, works well too! You can use as much dill and parsley as you choose. I like these herbs so add quite a lot.
