You've heard of using up your ripe bananas to make banana bread but don't forget they are perfect for pancakes, too!
No-one in my family keen I'm afraid. Found them gloppy even after trying to cook them for longer and then on a higher heat. Think the banana/pancake combination didn't work from a consistency aspect. Plus, even though I don't have a particularly sweet tooth, I found I felt it needed more sugar to compensate for lack of flavour. - 25 May 2014

Lovely, got thumbs up from 2 of my 3 kids (number 3 is almost impossible to please tho). Would recommend spreading the batter fairly thin as the first couple I did rose well but were a bit undercooked in the middle, thinner ones were gorgeous :-) - 05 Jan 2014
