Easiest Buttermilk Pancakes
These are very delicious pancakes and my family love them.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 150g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 250ml buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Ready in:30min
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour batter onto the pan, to form 5 pancakes. Flip pancakes when edges appear to harden. Cook pancakes on other side for same amount of time until golden brown.
