Barbecued Coriander Salmon

About this recipe:
Summer was made for salmon on the barbecue! This gorgeous salmon marinade combines the fresh flavours of honey, lime, garlic and loads of coriander.
1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
400g (15 oz) honey
juice of one lime
4 salmon steaks
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together coriander, garlic, honey and lime juice. Heat until the honey is easily stirred, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
Place salmon steaks in a baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over salmon, cover, and refrigerate 10 minutes.
Preheat barbecue for medium high heat.
Lightly oil barbecue's cooking grate. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. BBQ tips

I added a little bit of chilli to give it a sweet bite with the honey. I also used the oven baked the tuna for 25mins in an oven tin with the marinade and covered with foil.
