- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 150ml sparkling wine
- lemon twist for garnish

- Place cube of sugar into a champagne glass. Splash a couple dashes of bitters over the cube. Fill glass with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
