Delicious & moist full of flavour and suprisingly easy to make. I didn't have the walnuts or cherries but it didn't matter. I put it in a round tin and made up some light buttercream, the family love it and I have added it to my favourites yum yum oh and it only took 45mins - 04 Dec 2010

Very easy. Used flaked almonds instead of walnuts. Moist and delicious. Definitely will make this again, but next time will increase the almond extract a little. - 06 Aug 2017
