Delicious & moist full of flavour and suprisingly easy to make. I didn't have the walnuts or cherries but it didn't matter. I put it in a round tin and made up some light buttercream, the family love it and I have added it to my favourites yum yum oh and it only took 45mins - 04 Dec 2010

Just made this actually it's still in the oven, only thing I have done or not done was to not add walnuts and cherries.....only reason did not have any in the cupboard, also used vanilla extract instead as we prefer the taste. Also added 2 more tsp of coconut. Hope it tastes as good as it smells while baking. - 31 May 2017
