Delicious & moist full of flavour and suprisingly easy to make. I didn't have the walnuts or cherries but it didn't matter. I put it in a round tin and made up some light buttercream, the family love it and I have added it to my favourites yum yum oh and it only took 45mins - 04 Dec 2010

Perfectly moist and lasts for a good few days..I made these into mini loafs for a picnic! - 23 Aug 2015

This cake is divine! Loved by all my family. Made minus the walnuts due to an allergy but still one of the best loaf cakes I've ever made. Would buy this in a shop! - 16 Nov 2015
