Slow cooker pork casserole

    Makes: 4 portions

    • 5 pork chops, diced
    • 100g mushrooms, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 100g frozen peas
    • 1 handful fresh spinach leaves
    • 2 carrots, chopped
    • 2 (400g) tins chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
    • salt and pepper to season
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 100ml water

    Prep:30min  ›  Cook:6hr  ›  Ready in:6hr30min 

    1. Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Turn on high for 6 hours.

    Great recipe, dead easy to make and tastes awesome. Also freezes well, but does need a fair amount of salt and pepper to perk it back up again after defrosting. One of my favourite recipes!  -  03 Jan 2011


    Really tasty pork casserole. I served with mashed potato and warm crusty bread. I added a half teaspoon of oregano aswell. Will definately make again.  -  03 Mar 2010
