I just adore this very simple to make pizza dough. It has a gorgeous slightly different taste, thanks to the addition of a little flat beer. You can add any herbs and spices to enhance the flavour.
For something a little different, try adding a little garlic and oregano to the bread machine dry ingredients. You can simply add any herbs and spices to suit your mood, the possibilities with this dough are endless!
This dough is enough for 1 large deep crust pizza or 2 thin crust pizza's.
Made this last night - turned out fantastic.. I put tomato puree on the base and added cheese...put in the oven for 5 mins.. then added some baked beans... was delicious. So much cheaper than shop bought pizzas and tastier . Plus I'm not adding any preservatives to the bases. - 06 Dec 2014
