    About this recipe: If you are on a high protein meals and a low carb diet - this is a quick meal. I usually eat it after a workout.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 30g king prawns, already cooked
    • 1 teaspoon chilli (I use lazy chilli)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic (I use lazy garlic)
    • 6 button mushrooms

    Method
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:7min 

    1. Add oil, garlic, chilli and mushrooms in pan. Fry on med heat for 2-3 mins.
    2. Throw in cooked prawns and cook for further 2 mins.
    3. Serve

    Tip

    Add a green herb salad - the amount depends on your carb count left on that day!
