About this recipe: Chimichurri is a green sauce (similar to salsa verde), which originates from Argentina and Uruguay. It's used as a seasoning and marinade for barbecued meat. This version is absolutely perfect, my husband is Argentinian and he absolutely fell in love with this.

    Serves: 6

    • 100g flat leaf parsley leaves, chopped
    • 250ml olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

    • 1 teaspoon salt
