1 large bunch fresh basil, finely chopped
2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
150g (5 oz) dried breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
6 to 8 tablespoons olive oil
