These are so good! I substituted butter for margarine, and used 250g because that was all I had on hand. Brown sugar instead of caster sugar, again, that was what I had. Didn't have ginger or cloves, so just doubled the cinnamon. 8 minutes in the oven. Made about 8 dozen cookies. They were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, perfect! - 16 Dec 2011
