About this recipe:These chicken wings are glazed with orange marmalade, giving them a wonderful citrus flavour. They do really well as party food. For a crispier texture, coat in seasoned flour before pan frying.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
18 chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half at joint
160g orange marmalade
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the wing pieces and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 6 to 10 minutes.
Spoon off any excess fat and add the orange marmalade, mustard and soy sauce to the frying pan, stirring to blend the ingredients and coat the wing pieces. Simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens and glazes the wings. Serve hot.
