Ingredients

- 250g broken biscuits, eg digestives
- 175g butter
- 1 chocolate bar for topping
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 125g caster sugar
- 125g mixed dried fruit

- Melt the butter,not too hot just melt it.
- Add cocoa & sugar, take the pan off the heat to do this.
- Now add fruit & biscuits.
- Mix it all up.
- Put some foil in a 20cm cake tin and pour in the mix
- Press it down with a wooden spoon, place in fridge and leave for about 2hrs
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl on top of a pan of hot water
- Remove biscuit base from cake tin and foil, pour melted chocolate on it and spread out. leave to cool and set
- Slice and eat! Yum yum!!!!!!
