About this recipe: You don't need ice when using frozen berries for this smoothie. Use any frozen berries you like along with soy milk, orange juice and wheatgerm, to make this a quick liquid breakfast.

MINDARELLA

Ingredients
Serves: 2 

  • 110ml (4 fl oz) vanilla soy milk
  • 110ml (4 fl oz) orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons wheatgerm
  • 250g frozen mixed berries

Method
Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
