Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes. Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
Ok first of all I have a next bread making machine secondly I am now on my 3rd attempt at following this re wipe and I have had nothing but disasters! I have followed the comments used extra virgin olive oil instead of veg (I think that may be too heavy) and followed method but on next machine there is an ultra fast setting that cooks in the same time as stated on recipe or if I use the basic setting this is a 3 hr shot ( this is what I am now doing for the 3rd attempt, so what am I doing wrong help please losing the will to live! - 17 Sep 2011
