    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    • 20g butter
    • 500g mushrooms, finely chopped
    • handful chopped fresh parsley
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Sweat onion in butter until soft, do not colour. Add mushrooms and stir. Cook until liquid from mushrooms has evaporated. Finish with parsley and season.
