I made this carrot cake recipe last Christmas and have to admit: I had 3 big slices myself!
I make this cake as stress-relief for my exams (what with you geting to mash it together with your hands!) and I can guarantee that every time you make it it'll come out moist and (close-enough) perfect! A delicious basic cheesecake recipe that is sure to become a fixture in your baking repertoire. Top this cheesecake with chocolate, fresh berries, lemon curd or whatever you can imagine!
A soft sponge cake with Griottines and laced with Griottine juice. Perfect for an impressive tea time treat.
This is a very easy way (even if it is a little sticky at times) to make a delicious fondant. It's great on cakes, biscuits and cookies, or just for your little ones to play with! Leftovers will keep for a few weeks if stored in an airtight container.
Using plain marshmallows, it takes just three ingredients to make a lovely fondant icing that works well on all of your cakes. You can add a little flavouring, such as vanilla extract, in place of some of the water.
A moist orange sponge with decadent chocolate orange morsels and is topped and filled with a rich American-style frosting.

They make a brilliant everyday treat with your morning cuppa, but why not smother them in Orange Blossom Icing (check our other recipes) and give them away as a yummy gift?
