So in a moment of madness, I got organised and drew out a meal plan of healthy foods I could eat, and not feel the desire to use my own eyes as a jelly just to be rid of the monotonous sight of yet another green leaf. So after researching all the good things I should be eating, I went a looking. I don't claim this to be anything special at all, its really so I don't forget myself. Just a tuna sandwich with some good stuff thrown in, that will be masked by taste.
