Homemade Apple Crisps
These are great for snack or a pack lunch or added to ice-cream. These take 15 minutes to make and 2 or 3 hours to bake, plus cooling. Keep checking the oven as the slices will vary in size when cutting them, so some of the crisps will be ready after 2 hours, some might need more time.

Orange and White Chocolate Spread

Mexican Refried Beans
A great (spicy) side dish to accompany a Mexican meal or nice as snack with tortilla chips. If you don't like spicy foods, simply don't add the jalapeno chillies! This is also nice with melted Cheddar on top.

Do not ignore this recipe just because it is simple, it is a great breakfast/snack for any tomato lover. Make sure you use Napolina Tomatoes, I have tried this with other brands and they just do not come close.

Gluten Free Banana Muffins
These gorgeous sweet muffins don't taste gluten free but they are! They're especially perfect for gluten free kids finding it hard to adjust. Adults love them too though! My parents aren't gluten free but they devour these! They are perfect for lunch boxes or after dinner treats. I use reusable silicone muffin cases but paper ones are just as good. After the first few times the recipe comes naturally to you and you can cut down the prep time by half.
