This is really easy to prepare in the slow cooker, just put everything in and leave it and it's gorgeous, a hit in my house!
This is simply gorgeous because it's so comforting! Preparation is easy, too! The lamb shanks are slow-cooked in a generous amount of red wine. This is best served with the sauce juices poured over mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, risotto or even soft polenta.
These roasties are lovely and crispy, perfect for all roast dinners. The tumeric gives a nice colour, but it isn't important for the taste.
This is a very light and moist lemon sponge cake. It is a favourite with friends and family and especially the children. It isn't too sharp and not too sweet either. Definitely worth a try!
Everyone loves a good Pavlova - and this recipe couldn't be simpler. Use other fruits instead of kiwi fruit, if desired.
I have this on my menu at the moment, I serve it straight from the oven under a Juicy Rib Eye Steak its glorious when the oozing cheese mixes with the juices from the rib eye. Its very popular with my customers and my girlfriend loves it. Why not try it with a big lump of Mature Cashel Blue Cheese melted on the top and a wild mushroom sauce poured over it all. Very heavy and full of fat but great as a treat every now and then.
Being a Yorkshire lass I take great pride in making these puddings, the bigger the better! The only drawback is not having a big enough plate for them!
This is my version. The trick is to make sure the beef dripping is piping hot.
This is such an easy cheesecake to make and always gets the WOW factor - it is now my signature dish. Everybody that likes cheesecake, will love this one. I have to make one for every social occasion that we go to, and it is eaten FAST!!!!
Chicken wrapped in greaseproof paper to trap all the wonderful juices - keeps beautifully moist!
