In my hurry to use up some peaches, I came up with this muffin recipe. It turned out so good, just like peach crumble in a muffin, that I thought I'd share it with everyone! This is also really good cake! Just increase the baking time to 1 hour at 180C and use 2 loaf tins.

I needed to use the kiwis fruits I had languishing in the fridge. Crumbles are always a favourite, not to mention quick, so I gave this a go. It is a surprisingly light and tasty crumble that is a must-try for kiwi fruit lovers! Try serving with Greek yoghurt.

A unique combination of peach and nectarine makes these muffins special. Try them in summer when peaches and nectarines are in season. They're delicious warm from the oven or at room temperature, but they won't last long!
