Summer fruit Swiss roll
Recipe by:
Norma MacMillan
Fresh summer fruits such as strawberries, peaches and nectarines have a natural affinity with cream. Here, these aromatic fruits are combined with whipping cream, which has a lower fat content than double cream, plus a little Greek-style yogurt to make a delicious filling for a light-as-air fatless sponge.

Tipsy Fruity Yule Log
This recipe was given to me by an aunt in Canada. She made this Yule Log for us when we went over to visit her one Christmas. It is the Crème au Beurre and the brandied fruit that make this cake extra special. The snow scene and the decration on the cake remaind me of Christmas in Canada. I would like to share this recipe with you.

It is then topped with your favourite fruit preserves and baked. Once cool, a lovely cream cheese and whipped cream filling is spooned over top. Dead easy, and quite impressive to boot!
