A very cheap and filling meal and very easy to make. Ideal for during the week for the family. Got the ingredients from the back of a ready meal and made it up along the cooking process. Versatile as ingredients can be added or taken away, i.e. garlic, chopped peppers, etc.
This easy no-bake cheesecake is creamy, smooth and tangy. Simply leave in the fridge for longer if you prefer a more solid filling. I used homemade lemon curd for the topping (it's very simple to make and absolutely delicious if you don't mind a bit of stirring). I'm sure shop-bought lemon curd would also be very nice.
I kind of just threw this thing together one day, but it turned out great. I don't like alcohol, but the rum (I used a cherry rum) made it all that more amazing. Sorry there's no picture, but you'll have to take my word on it when I say that it tastes great. If anyone makes this and adds a picture, that would be even better.
Yummiest dessert ever! And very easy to make. This is my family's favourite. One serving is not enough! Believe me! Don't substitute the mascarpone with double cream. There is no tiramisu without mascarpone. And use the best quality coffee.
Very nice with a light tang of lemon and hint of lime. The base has a nice crunch to it too. One of the best cheesecakes I have tasted.
