Fruit and spice and all things nice! These little buns don't have to look perfect which makes it a lot easier. They'll be eaten up in no time too.

A little diced apple makes these rock cakes moist and fruity. Quick and easy to prepare, they are ideal to cook with younger members of the family, who will enjoy making them as much as eating them. Cooking is not only fun for children but also encourages them to be more aware of the foods they eat.

A traditional style rock bun that tastes beautiful. Well suited for any occasion and perfectly rocky, the way any good rock bun should be.

Similar to scones, these are great for teaching children how to cook and have fun in the kitchen. They look like little rocks but certainly shouldn't taste like them. This makes quite a big batch so you might want to halve the recipe or freeze some of them!

I tweaked a recipe on this site for Moose's rock cakes (great recipe mate) but with no sugar. Great for diabetics with a sweet tooth.
