Since I am Greek, I have learnt many good Greek recipes over the years! This is one of my favourites. It's a savoury combination of lamb, rice and feta stuffed into green peppers and smothered in tomato sauce. – by Taseia

TIP: Choose any colour of peppers for this dish, or mix it up with a combination. Kids might like the sweetness of red and yellow peppers a little more than the flavour of green peppers.

Mouthwatering rib eye fillet steak cooked to your liking in a rich red wine and mushroom sauce. Serve with fries and salad or vegetable. You can use any cut of steak you prefer, but I find rib eye works extremely well. – by SamanthasSupper

TIP: With the weather getting nicer, spend less time in the kitchen with these quick but flavourful steaks. This recipe is for two but is easily doubled to feed the family. With all the time you save by making this dish, go all out for dessert. Try this no-bake chocolate cheesecake or a lighter fruit tart.
